Zoom chat and file shares during meetings should not require parking the deck on a public compressor first. Shrink locally toward a practical ~20 MB handout size — formal ceilings can be far higher — then share in Zoom yourself. VeloTools never sees the PDF.

We lock an email-like Web path so attendees can open the PDF on phones during the call. It is far gentler than LMS grayscale, and far stricter than uploading a 200 MB print export into chat just because Zoom “allows” it.
Presenter view can still use your local original via screenshare. Chat gets the downloadable handout — two jobs, two files.
